Welcome to Year 3!
 
We are Jays and Magpies classes.
 
In Jays class, you will find Mrs Rushforth.
 
In Magpies class, you will find Mrs Thomas.
 
Mrs Money and Miss Vikki are our Learning Support Assistants, and work between all four classes in Year 3 and 4.
 
Our doors open promptly at 8:40am and you can collect your child at 3:10pm.
 
A large amount of our daily communication will be via Class Dojo. If you have not already signed up, or need an additional login, please let your class teacher know and we will sort this as soon as we can. 
 
Important things to remember:
 
  • Bring your reading books and reading records every day as we use them in class on a daily basis.
  • The children should aim to read at least three times a week at home. Reading points will be awarded accordingly. 
  • Please label all items of clothing, in particular your child's school jumper and coat.  We cannot guarantee their safe return if they get lost otherwise.
  • Children will need to wear their PE kit to school every Tuesday (outdoor) and every Thursday (indoors).
  • PE Kit is black shorts or jogging bottoms, a white T shirt and suitable trainers or daps.
